What does SOLO mean?

Solo means that you are travelling alone and will have a room to yourself.

What does DOUBLE mean?

Double means that you are travelling as a couple, with a partner, friend or one of our tribe members and would be sharing a room.

What age does CHILD RATE apply to?

Child rate applies to children between the age of 2 – 12 before the proposed date of return.


This means that there might be changes in price depending on the availability of various elements in the package.

Can I choose my own DATES?


How LONG does the U.A.E/ Dubai visa take?

The U.A.E visa is applied for by us 5 – 7 days before your trip in order to allow your travel period fall within its 14 days validity. It takes 2 – 3 working days to be approved.


NO. Staying beyond 14 days with the  U.A.E visa in our package is breach of the law. You will be penalized and you risk us loosing our license. If you would like to stay beyond 14 days, kindly send us an email and we will send you longer term visa options.

How LONG does the SOUTH AFRICA visa take?

It  takes between 15 – 30 working days from date of submission.

Can I extend my stay BEYOND  the package dates in SOUTH AFRICA?

YES. Subject to the terms of the South Africa visa that is granted.


Travelotus Luxury tours limited will act only as proxy on your behalf to render advice and assistance. This will increase your chance of getting a visa. We are not in anyway affiliated to the embassy or consular and state clearly herein that all VISA approval or denial are at the discretion of the South African Government.

Refund Policy

The packages are non refundable as soon as all elements of the packages have been confirmed by the client. For Visa to South Africa, in the case of Visa Denial or Refusal. A fee of N60,000 will be charged for Visa application and processing fee and customer will be refunded with the balance paid.

On all trips, Passengers are responsible for making sure that their health is suitable for travel before and during the trip. Passengers are advised to purchase travel insurance suitable for the destinations they are visiting. Travelotus will ensure to provide assistance regarding any information necessary.
Travelotus luxury tours limited will not be held liable for any incidences that may occur while passenger is on trip directly through us or our international partners.
