Q. What does per person sharing or double occupancy mean?
A. It means the price per adult for 2 adults sharing 1 room.
Q. What if I want to occupy my room alone?
A. Yes it is possible but at a different rate from Double occupancy. Kindly contact us for Pricing if not stated on tour flier
Q. Are children allowed on the Tours?
A. Children from Ages 8 and above are allowed unsupervised on our Made in Nigeria Road trips. Children are allowed on international tours abroad only if they are accompanied by a guardian or family member as needed. Or except stated on the Tour flier and details
Q. What if we are a Couple is there a discount?
A. Kindly contact us for Pricing if not stated on tour flier
Q. Can I pay in installments?
A. We accept 80% of the price only for an all inclusive international tour (excluding road trips) at time of booking to secure slot and the remaining 20% to be paid after package has been booked and at least 72 hours before departure. Kindly visit our Travelotus policies page to learn more
Q. I’ve paid but I no longer want to attend, Can I get a refund?
A. Subject to date of payment, Date of supposed trip and prevailing terms and conditions stated at time of booking. Kindly read more Here
Q. Do all packages come with Tours?
A. No, Not all packages come with tours. It will be stated on trip flier and details on the website if a particular trip is inclusive of a tour.
Q. I want to make changes to my Flight or Hotel?
A. This varies with prevailing terms and conditions stated at time of booking. Kindly read more Here
Q. The city I want to visit is not on the tour pages list.
A. Not to worry, send us an email or call any of our numbers with your preferred city, dates of travel, interests and budget and we’ll build a package just for you.
