Depending on the circumstance, in the course of providing a service to you and or others, Travelotus luxury tours limited may collect and hold personal information such as:
your name, date of birth, gender, telephone number, email address, passport details, medical information, travel insurance details, videos, photos and images (where applicable);

Please be aware that Travelotus Luxury Tours Limited has implemented procedures to protect personal information from loss and misuse, and from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure and interference.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. You are responsible for reviewing this Privacy Policy periodically and informing yourself of any changes to this Privacy Policy.

All aspects of this agreement termed ‘You’ and ‘Your’ refers to the Client, ‘Carrier’ refers to the supplier through which Travelotus Luxury Tours is purchasing a service for or on behalf of the client

1. All ticket payments and single elements of a trip (Flight, Rail, or Vehicular tickets or rentals, Cruises,  Transfers, Hotel or Accommodation, Meal, Tours, Visa e.t.c) must be made in full before your confirmed ticket will be sent to you.  In event that you fail to do so in time and the carrier cancels or changes the reservation as as result of non payment, changes in price or seat unavailability, Travelotus Luxury Tours Limited shall not be held responsible. Such cancellations and changes are at the discretion of the carrier.

2. If you are purchasing an all inclusive package that may include any three or all of the following; (Flight, Rail, or Vehicular tickets or rentals, Cruises,  Transfers, Hotel or Accommodation, Meal, Tours, Visa e.t.c) you are required to payment in full before processing. After your payment is confirmed, Travelotus Luxury Tours Limited will release all the details of your confirmed itinerary to you.

3. In the event that any of the elements of an inclusive package is changed by the client for any reason prior to delivery, after all agreements and payment, Travelotus Luxury Tours shall charge a fee of N10, 000 or per change per person(s) concerned.

4. For changes to any of your itineraries or services, please know that the required penalties and charges are at the discretion of the supplier through which we have purchased this service and the terms of service and rules governing the package would have been duly communicated to you during your purchase and after it has been confirmed.

5. All Prices are subject to availability, Currency fluctuations and Changes without prior notice.

Travelotus Luxury Tours Limited customers and clients are responsible for going through these terms and conditions pages and we shall not be held liable for any of our clients who fail to do so

By paying for any of our services, you have agreed to our terms and conditions and Travelotus luxury tours can only be held liable to the point of this agreement.

This varies with the kind of service purchased and the conditions stated at the time of purchase.

1. In the event that you might require a refund for an unused or cancelled service by you or the supplier, carefully read the rules associated with your booking before making the claim as it might be subject to rules of the service contained in your confirmation email at the time of purchase with respect to certain dates and periods.

2. Withdrawal for any reason(s) by you from our Inbound tours (made in Nigeria and Road trips) entitles you to;

(a) A full refund if claim is made within 48 hours of payment and tour date is two weeks or more away from date of payment.
(b) Refund claims after 48hours will be charged a service fee of N2,500 for tour date two weeks or more from date of payment.
(c) Refund claims less than two weeks to tour date irrespective of payment date entitles you to 50% refund or a seat on the next trip.
(d) Refund claims 3 days prior to Tour date irrespective of payment date are non refundable or a seat on the next trip.

Travelotus Luxury Tours Limited customers and clients are responsible for going through these terms and conditions pages and we shall not be held liable for any of our clients who fail to do so

By paying for any of our services, you have agreed to our terms and conditions and Travelotus luxury tours can only be held liable to the point of this agreement.
